Background
Shortly after Keller William’s agent Debbie Kilbride branched out and formed her own team in 2018, she decided she needed a brand identity for the new Keller Williams team, so she reached out to me to develop a strategically-based brand identity from scratch.
Strategy
Develop a strong, brand identity & logo aligned with Keller Williams that made folks feel just how approachable and friendly Debbie and her team truly are, while at the same time letting folks know they’re working with a trusted real estate company in Keller Williams.
Solution
I Combined aspects of Debbie’s personality with Keller Williams’ brand colors to put together a new logo and set of matching “stamps” for her real estate listings, along with some promo & marketing collateral (not shown here). It all stays consistent with KW brand standards while adding a touch of Debbie’s personality to help set it apart. It also lets you know you’re dealing with a friendly real estate team backed by the strong reputation of Keller Williams.
