The mission

After Keller William’s agent Debbie Kilbride branched off and formed her own team in 2018, she decided she needed a brand identity for the new Keller Williams team. I wanted to develop a strong identity design that made folks feel how approachable and friendly Debbie and her team truly were.

The result

Combining aspects of Debbie’s personality with the Keller Williams’ brand colors, I put together a beautiful new brand identity – a logo and set of matching “stamps” for their real estate listings, along with some promotional & marketing collateral (not shown here). It all stays consistent with the KW brand standards while adding a touch of Debbies personality to help set it apart. It also lets you know that you’re dealing with a friendly real estate team backed by the reputation of Keller Williams.
